Classic Spinach Artichoke Dip
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
- 10 ozs frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained, or blanch fresh spinach if you have it)
- 14 ozs canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F, then mix your parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts in a bowl. Add the rest of the remaining ingredients and put in a greased glass or ceramic baking dish, then bake for 20 to 30 minutes, allowing the top to become golden brown.
Perhaps the best thing about this dish is its flexibility in serving. Go the easy route and serve it with your favorite tortilla chips, or get creative and use anything from pita bread, Naan, or even a baguette. You can also use the dip as a filling in paninis or on homemade pizza.
Wine pairing recommendations:
- Reserve Chardonnay
- 2018 Estate Chardonnay
- Ivory Desert Pinot Grigio
