Reserve Chardonnay

As travelers venture throughout New Mexico, the presence of tumbleweeds are evident amongst the desert landscape. When various plants dry out, they detach from their root or stem and set out across the land of enchantment, headed whichever way the wind blows.

Tasting Notes:

Pure and crisp buttered apple nose with a mild palate of apricot and peaches, finished with a lucious clean orchard fruit flavors.

Best Enjoyed With:

Poultry or pork, and with sweet, dense fish like halibut. Can also be enjoyed with a creamy pasta dish.
