One of our good friends and fellow New Mexico winemakers always says, "The Chambourcin is bangin!" With our 2017 Chambourcin, we couldn't agree more. The grapes, while new to the taste buds of many, are perfect for New Mexico's climate, and we  elieveb it to be the varietal to put New Mexico wine on the map.

Enjoy a violet nose with dark fruit flavors of blackberry, plum, and cherry, with notes of spice and tobacco.

Pairs perfectly with enchiladas and burritos, spicy sausage, barbecue pork and chicken, or vegetable lasagna.
