2015 Native Dry Red Blend

11,000 years ago, humans occupied an ancestral pueblo 256 miles northwest of where Enchantment Vineyards sits today. Homes were carved into the volcanic tuff and people lived off the native plants and animals of the land. This land is known today as Bandelier National Monument and is a treasured New Mexico landmark.

Tasting Notes:

Smooth, silky texture with flavors of raspberry, cherry, and plum, punctuated by spirited spicy notes and decadent dark chocolate.

Best Enjoyed With:

Hearty, high-protein red meats such as BBQ beef, burgers, and New Mexico’s signature beef burritos.

We truly enjoy this light red wine, rich in tart cherry and plum. It pairs well with Indian and other similar flavors.
